Memorable Moments
The Ontario Chapter is one of the youngest members of the FMI
family, established in 2006, with the support of the Ontario Office
of the Provincial Controller. The formation meeting was attended
by over 100 CFOs or their representatives from the Provincial
and Federal Governments, Municipalities, Hospitals, Boards of
Education, Universities and Colleges, the Professional Accounting
Associations and Financial Management consultants.

and ensures their participation by being the first to broadcast inno-
vative live webcasts of each session to regional locations across the
province. Webcast participants were fully engaged in questioning
presenters, having their own local networking workshops and pre-
senting their findings to the main conference audience in Toronto
