Memorable Moments
In 2007-2008, Mike Pestill moved on to become National Vice-
President of the Financial Management Institute of Canada
(fmi

igf) and Rachel Ratch acceded to Regina Chapter President.
They decided, given the success achieved of PSMW2001, that they
would organize another PSMW in 2009 with Catherine Roberts as
local Co-chair. In total, PSMW 2009 entitled
“Climate Change” in
the Public Sector
attracted 308 participants.
